- หลักฐานการชำระเงินและสลิป: เก็บตามระยะเวลาที่จำเป็นทางบัญชีและการป้องกันการใช้สลิปซ้ำPayment records and slips: kept as long as needed for accounting and slip-reuse prevention.

5. สิทธิของคุณ 5. Your rights
ภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง คุณมีสิทธิ: Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable law, you have the right to:

- คัดค้านการประมวลผล และถอนความยินยอมเมื่อใดก็ได้ (การถอนความยินยอมทำให้เราไม่สามารถให้บริการทำนายต่อไปได้)object to processing and withdraw consent at any time (withdrawing consent means we can no longer provide readings);
- ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หากเห็นว่าเราไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายlodge a complaint with the data-protection authority if you believe we are not complying with the law.
6. วิธีขอลบข้อมูลของคุณ 6. How to delete your data
คุณขอให้ลบข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวกับคุณได้ตลอดเวลา ด้วยวิธีใดวิธีหนึ่งต่อไปนี้: You may ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time, in either of these ways:

Our team reviews these inboxes and identifies you from the sending account. (The bot may auto-reply first, but your request is handled by a person.)

Your astrology profile, conversation history, and credit balance are removed from our systems (any remaining credits are lost and cannot be restored).

การลบข้อมูลกับเราไม่ได้ลบข้อความในกล่องข้อความของแพลตฟอร์ม (Facebook, Instagram, LINE) — คุณต้องลบบทสนทนาในแอปนั้นเอง และสามารถยกเลิกสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงของแอปได้ในการตั้งค่าของแพลตฟอร์ม Deleting your data with us does not delete the thread in the platform’s own inbox (Facebook, Instagram, LINE) — remove the conversation in that app yourself, and you can revoke the app’s access in the platform’s settings.
7. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล 7. Data security
- รับ–ส่งข้อมูลผ่าน HTTPS/TLS ทั้งหมด และเก็บข้อมูลในฐานข้อมูลที่จำกัดการเข้าถึงบนโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของ Google CloudAll traffic uses HTTPS/TLS; data is stored in an access-restricted database on Google Cloud infrastructure.
- กุญแจและความลับของระบบ (เช่น โทเคนและคีย์) เก็บใน Secret Manager ไม่เก็บในซอร์สโค้ดSecrets such as tokens and API keys live in Secret Manager, not in source code.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 and will delete such data promptly once notified.

We only keep your language choice in your own browser (localStorage), and some fonts load from Google Fonts. Session cookies are used solely for the staff-only admin CMS.
